Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of the website at amp10.company and the software and messaging services operated by Amp10 Technologies LLC ("AMP10", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If we have a separate written agreement with you, that agreement takes priority where the two differ.
Our services
We build and operate software, hardware, and connectivity services for businesses. Some of our services connect to third-party platforms, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Gmail, and LinkedIn, so that a business or creator can message customers, answer email, publish content, manage comments, and see how its accounts perform.
Connecting your accounts
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, TikTok account, YouTube channel, Gmail account, or LinkedIn Page, you confirm that you are authorised to do so for that account. You can disconnect it at any time, as described on our data deletion page.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or send spam;
- break the law or infringe the rights of others;
- break the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's Platform Terms, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, YouTube's Terms of Service, Gmail's Program Policies, LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies, or the policies of any other platform you connect;
- interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
We may suspend access to our services if they are used in breach of these terms.
Third-party platforms
Third-party platforms are provided by their owners under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for changes they make. Charges a platform makes, such as WhatsApp conversation fees, are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Our services use YouTube API Services. By using our services with a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Disclaimer and liability
Our website and services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and updating the date at the top.
