Information we collect
Information you send us. When you email us or ask about our services, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Website data. Our website does not set cookies or use analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and font provider (Google Fonts) process technical data such as your IP address and browser type so that they can deliver the page securely.
Data from connected platforms. When you connect an account from one of the platforms below to a service we operate, we receive only the data you authorise, through that platform's official API:
- WhatsApp Business Platform: business account and phone number details, messages sent and received (text, media, timestamps, delivery and read status), the sender's name and phone number, and message templates.
- Facebook Pages and Messenger: Page details, Messenger conversations, the sender's name, profile picture and app-scoped ID, Page posts and comments, and Page insights such as reach, impressions, and engagement.
- Instagram professional accounts: profile details, direct messages, the sender's username and app-scoped ID, posts, comments, and account and media insights such as follower counts, reach, views, and engagement.
- TikTok: your TikTok profile (display name, avatar, and open ID), profile statistics such as follower and like counts, your videos and their view and engagement counts, and videos you choose to publish through our service.
- YouTube: your channel details, videos and playlists, comments, channel and video analytics such as views and watch time, and videos you choose to upload through our service.
- Gmail: your name and email address, the messages and threads in the connected inbox (sender, recipients, subject, body, attachments, and labels), and the replies you send through our service.
- LinkedIn Pages: details of the Pages you administer, their posts, the comments and reactions on those posts with the commenter's name and profile, Page and post analytics such as followers, impressions, and engagement, and posts you publish through our service.
We also receive the access tokens that let our service act for the connected account.
How we use information
We use personal information only to:
- provide the features you or your business asked for, such as an inbox for messages, email, and replies, publishing and scheduling content, moderating comments, and reporting on account and content performance;
- respond to your enquiries and provide support;
- keep our services secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems;
- meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use data from connected platforms for advertising, build profiles of the people who interact with a connected account, or share that data with data brokers.
Our role for business customers
When we run a service for a business, that business decides what is published or sent and why, and we process its data on its behalf and on its instructions. If you have messaged or commented on a business that uses our services, you can also contact that business directly about your information.
How we share information
We share personal information only:
- with the business that owns the connected account;
- with the platform itself (Meta, TikTok, Google, or LinkedIn), as needed to send, publish, or retrieve data through its API;
- with service providers that host and operate our infrastructure, under contracts that require them to protect it;
- with our affiliate AMP10 Limited, to build and support our services;
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
YouTube API Services
Our services use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke our access at any time from the Google security settings page. YouTube data we store is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days, and we confirm your authorisation for analytics data every 30 days.
Gmail and other Google user data
When you connect a Gmail account, we use it only to show your email in your inbox in our service, send the replies you write, and keep each message's read, archived, and label status in step with Gmail. We never permanently delete your email. We do not use Gmail data for advertising, sell it, or use it to train generalised AI or machine learning models, and we transfer it to others only as needed to provide the service, for security, or to comply with the law.
Our people do not read your email except when you ask us to (for example, for support), when it is needed for security, such as investigating abuse, or when the law requires it.
AMP10's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When you connect a LinkedIn Page, we use its data only to publish the posts you approve, show and reply to comments, and report on how the Page and its posts perform. We handle LinkedIn data as LinkedIn's API Terms of Use require, and you can remove our access at any time as described on our data deletion page.
Cookies and device storage
Our website sets no cookies. Our web applications use essential cookies and local storage only to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use them for advertising or tracking, and no third party serves content or ads in our services.
Retention
We keep data from a connected account only while that account remains connected and only for as long as we need it to provide the service. Access tokens are revoked and deleted as soon as an account is disconnected, and data from that account is deleted within 30 days of disconnection. If you ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 7 days, as described on our data deletion page, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited to the people who need it to run the service, and access tokens are stored in encrypted form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect the information we hold.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by writing to hello@amp10.company. We will respond within 30 days, and deletion requests are completed within 7 days. Instructions for disconnecting each platform are on our data deletion page.
International transfers
We operate in the United States and Nigeria, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as described in this policy.
Children
Our services are for businesses and creators and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
